Seasonal price / Rate from 4 nights
- When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required (with a maximum of $1000). Only after receipt of this deposit the booking is confirmed.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged immediately.
Cancellations:
- In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus 10% administration and credit card costs.
- In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departure, no refund will be given.
Non-refundable rate
- The full amount must be paid immediately upon booking.
- After confirmation of the booking, changes are not allowed.
- In case of cancellation, no refund will be given.

Check-in en Check-out:
- Check-in is possible from 15:00. Arriving earlier? You can store your luggage and relax under the palapa or take a dip in the pool while your villa is being prepared.
- Check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out is possible based on availability. Contact us for costs and options.
Car rental:
- Windhoek Boutique Resort offers
rental cars at attractive rates, including all insurance (including for a second driver). Rentals start from $45 per day, with a minimum rental period of 3 days. A security deposit of $1500 is required, payable by credit card authorization or cash.
Transportation to and from the airport:
- We offer free pick up from the airport. For return transportation to Bonaire Flamingo Airport we charge $17, payable in cash to the taxi driver.

Self-catering accommodation:
- Our resort does not serve breakfast, but each villa has a fully equipped kitchen. We also offer optional grocery packages for your convenience on the first day.

- Camping cots and high chairs are available on request. Due to limited availability, we recommend booking in advance.
